Farm Soap Co. is an artisan manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of handmade, small batch, botanical skincare and wellbeing products. We trade online at www.farmsoapco.com. We reserve all rights and copyrights for all our website content.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our skin care products are marked with a Best Before Date. Up until this date we guarantee the product will keep its quality standard. The best before date is only a recommendation, but function and scent may be degraded beyond this date.
We only use natural, botanical ingredients, and these may vary from one season to another depending on weather and soil conditions. This may affect the scent experience between different batches even if we are using the same formula. Pure botanical essences are much more delicate than synthetic fragrances.
Please follow the product use instructions on the packaging.
POSTAGE
We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving your payment. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
We charge £5.00 for UK Postage & Packaging and £10 for EU shipping. Orders over £50 have free P & P.
Once posted and in transit to you, we cannot take responsibility for your purchased items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please email hello@farmsoapco.com if you wish to enquire about sales outside of the EU. We cannot take responsibility for custom fee charges if applicable.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your products please email us at hello@farmsoapco.com to let us know and if you wish to please return the items within 5 working days.
For refunds we expect products to be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement product it will have the postage costs deducted.
If you receive broken or damaged goods please email us at hello@farmsoapco.com and we will rectify the matter with a refund or a replacement.
Only products purchased on our website can be returned for refund or exchanged. Our products purchased in one of our other stockists, either online or in a brick-and-mortar shop, need to be returned to the original point of sale.
PURCHASING
We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal, a secure payment system. We do not store any sensitive payment information.
We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

We value your privacy and any information that we receive is confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
