Bathing salts have been used for bathing, cleansing, exfoliating and skincare healing for millennia.

Colloidal oats help to soften and calm the skin. Floral rose geranium essential oil has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, with a fresh, floral scent.

Made to order in small batches here in our Dorset workshop.

Pour a handful of the mix into warm bath water and soak for 10 - 20 minutes. Particularly beneficial before bedtime, soaking in warm, fragrant, salty water will help relax and prepare you for sleep.
